1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

⚠️ Please note: During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. U.S. Shipping

We fulfill all U.S. orders domestically through our U.S.-based fulfillment centers for faster delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

All U.S. orders include tracking information, which updates within 24–48 hours after dispatch.


3. International Shipping

For customers outside the United States, orders are fulfilled from our international warehouse in China.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–20 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

If you haven’t received tracking details after 5 business days, contact us at support@revivonshop.com.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local postal office.

  2. Wait 1–2 days (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early).

  3. If still missing, contact us at support@revivonshop.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue, but please note that Revivon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your order.
We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee may apply.
